The Tetrahedral Model is a systems-level companion to the Rebuild Ladder. It explores how recovery depends on interacting dimensions rather than on a simple linear progression. The model examines capabilities and population, professional formation, security, and cultural cohesion, along with the edges, faces, transitions, and failure modes that connect them.
This is a conceptual model for thinking about recovery dynamics and repository design. It does not replace the practical placement rules in the Rebuild Ladder; it helps explain why a recovery system needs many kinds of knowledge and why isolated technical capacity is not enough.
