NEETS, the Navy Electricity and Electronics Training Series, is a structured course in electricity, electronics, circuits, instruments, communications, radar, digital logic, and related technician skills. For InfoPreserver, this folder is one of the clearest A2 electrical-rebuild resources: it is not just a collection of facts, but a curriculum for turning basic electrical knowledge into maintainable systems.
The modules assume a level of organization beyond improvised A0/A1 electricity. A community can salvage wire, lamps, batteries, magnets, motors, and simple circuits at lower levels, but NEETS becomes fully useful when there is a durable workshop, reliable teaching time, test equipment, component stock, trained instructors, and a reason to maintain radios, power supplies, motors, radar-like systems, or control circuits.
The difference between "using electricity" and "rebuilding electrification" is diagnosis. NEETS teaches the technician to follow current, voltage, resistance, waveforms, signal paths, power conversion, and component behavior. This is exactly the skill needed when equipment is old, salvaged, undocumented, or mission-critical.
A useful rebuild program should treat NEETS as a course sequence. Start with direct current, alternating current, batteries, conductors, magnetism, and safety. Then move to tubes or semiconductors, power supplies, amplifiers, oscillators, antennas, transmission lines, modulation, digital logic, and test equipment.
Electrical knowledge becomes operational when a technician can measure safely. Voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, dummy loads, continuity testers, bridge circuits, and calibrated references matter because they let a workshop find faults without guessing.
This is why NEETS belongs under A2 electrification. It assumes the community is no longer merely improvising power but can sustain electrical standards, teach repeatable procedures, and maintain a bench culture.
Radio, radar, digital equipment, and control systems are not separate magic branches. They are built from the same fundamentals: resonance, filtering, amplification, modulation, timing, grounding, impedance, noise control, and signal measurement. NEETS is valuable because it builds those layers in a disciplined way.
NEETS should be cross-linked from lower folders, but the module set itself is A2 because it is a technician-training system.

The sequence is best treated as a curriculum rather than as isolated references. Keep the modules together unless a later taxonomy creates a dedicated electrical training path with prerequisites.
